- Comprehensive insurance services
- HR management services (QIWA platform)
- Digital marketing and web design
- Ministry of Commerce services
- And other government-related services
👤User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations
- Submit all required documents in a timely manner
- Pay all service fees as agreed
- Not use our services for illegal purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
💰Service Fees & Payment
All service fees will be communicated to you before we begin work on your request. Fees may vary depending on:
- Type of service requested
- Complexity and urgency of the request
- Government fees and charges
- Additional services required
Payment must be made according to the agreed payment terms. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, cash, and electronic payment.
🔄Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel your service request at any time by contacting us. However, please note:
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Work already completed will be charged
- Government fees are non-refundable
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval, minus any:
- Completed work fees
- Government fees already paid
- Administrative charges
⚠️Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot be held liable for:
- Delays caused by government agencies
- Rejection of applications due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
- Changes in government regulations or requirements
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Technical issues with government portals or systems

⚖️Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services:
- We will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to mediation
- Any legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with Saudi law and in Saudi courts
